Will you be getting any more in?

If an item sells out then unfortunatly we cannot guarentee we will be getting another one in. Please keep checking the site as we do have a returns policy so there is a possibility someone will be returning the item. If you would like to request a size in a particular product please complete our size request form and one of our customer service team will contact you within 48 hours.

I'm having problems logging in..

If you have forgotten your password, go to the register page where you will find a text box which enables you to enter your email address and we will then then send you your password reminder via email. If this email address is not recognised, you may have registered with another email address.

Can I change my order?

Once you have confirmed and placed your order, it is unfortunately not possible to change your order as this will have automatically been processed for delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can cancel an order but you have to inform us within an hour of placing it. If you need to cancel an order please email orders@bespokeclothing.biz with your Name Address and order ID.

Cooling Off Period..

If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, you will have 7 days to return the product to us and as long as the product is in its original conditon, a full refund will be issued. Please note that we will have to receive the item back from you within 7 working days for you to qualify for a refund.

I forgot to use my Discount Code!

If you forgot to enter in your discount code, unfortunately there is no way we can ammend the order once it has been placed.

Can I track my order?

Yes you can do this from the 'delivery status' section of the website. Please go to the delivery status page and you will be able to track an order.

How long will it take to refund me?

We will be able to refund you instantly if you contact us within an hour of placing your order. If you return a product to us within the 7 day period and the product is in its original conditon, we will have to inspect the product first before we can issue any refund. We will not refund any costs of postage.

My Item is Faulty!

If you have received a faulty item, please contact us at orders@bespokeclothing.biz and we will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible whether it be a replacement or a refund.
