1. Account Registration

To register an account with BespokeClothing, simply click on the 'register' link at the very top of the site OR use the 'register' button on the top navigation panel. You will be taken to the register page where you will be able to input your personal details...

Once you have completed the required fields, simply click 'next' to sign-up! You will be automatically logged in to the site and can start purchasing straight away! It really is that SIMPLE!!

2. Navigating The 'My Account' Page

Once you have registered with us, you will have your own account section where you can view and edit a number of different features such as personal details, subscriptions and order history. To access the 'My Account' page, simply login to the site and then click on either the 'my account' link located at the top left of the page, or the 'my account' tab on the top navigation.

Personal Details

These are the details that you initially used when registering with us. To amend any of the details, simply click on the 'edit/update' button.

BC Badges

Here you can view your BC Badge total. To read more about BC Badges and how they work - please click here

Address Database

These are the details that you initially used when registering with us. To amend any of the details, simply click on the 'edit/update' button.

Subscriptions

At Bespoke Clothing we are constantly adding to our product ranges and signing up new and exciting brands every month. To keep up to date with these new developments we offer our users the opportunity to subscribe to product and brand updates. Every time we add new stock to the site (in the brand or category you are sbscribed to) - we will send you an email with a direct link to the new exciting products - how about that?!? ....

These are the details of the groups and brands you have subscribed to. To add a new subscription simply select the category you want and click 'subscribe' or to delete a previous one, simply click on the 'X' button.

Order History, Status & Tracking

Within the Order History panel , you can view the details (also in a downloadable PDF format) of previous and existing orders, check the status of order(s) (i.e. if it has been processed and dispatched yet), along with a Royal Mail tracking number for checking the delivery of your item(s) via the track and trace facility provided on the Royal Mail website.

3. Browsing Our Online Store

Product Search

At the very top right of the website, you will find our product search box. If you are looking for something in particular, feel freeto type it in and hit 'find' to return all matching results.

It is here that you will find the generic pages of our site:

HOME - clicking this button will take you to our homepage, which has links to both mens and womens brands and categories, latest blog articles and promotions.

ABOUT US - clicking this button will take you to an overview of the company.

MENS - clicking this button will bring up all of the available products within 'mens' - these can be sorted by 'designer A-Z', 'designer Z-A', 'latest additions', 'Price Ascending' and 'Price Descending'.

WOMENS - clicking this button will bring up all of the available products within 'womens' - these can be sorted by 'designer A-Z', 'designer Z-A', 'latest additions', 'Price Ascending' and 'Price Descending'.

REGISTER - click on this button to register an account with us or to request your login details.

MY ACCOUNT - click on this button to view you account page - see above for full details of how this page works..

CONTACT US - clicking this button, you will be able to find all of the related email addresses for contacting Bespoke Clothing regarding any issues or questions you may have.

Mens / Womens Categories & Brands

Once you have selected either mens or womens from the top navigation, you will be shown a navigation panel on the left of the site. You will be able to search product results by category and brands.

Info Pages

At the bottom of the site, you will find a whole host of useful links designed at helping you easily navigate the site.

4. Selecting Your Product(s) & Adding To Your Shopping Bag

Once you have found the item you are looking for, simply click on the picture or the item title below the picture to be taken to the product page where you will then be able to see additional information and pictures for your chosen item.

On the right hand side of the item pictures, you will see the product description and details. Select your colour/style and the size you need, remembering to choose the quantity you want to buy - then simply click 'add to cart'.

You will instantly be taken to your shopping bag section, where you can choose to either continue shopping or checkout and pay for your item(s). If you have made a mistake with the item or quantity you have selected, simply click the red 'X' next to the incorrect item or click 'clear bag' to remove all of the items in your shopping bag and start again..

5. eVouchers, Promotional Codes & Bespoke Badges

At Bespoke Clothing, we give our customers the flexibility to purchase eVouchers to use in our store. These are great as gifts for Christmas and Birthdays.

We may also release one-off promotional codes to reward our customers by offering them special discounts off selected products - please check out the promotions category in our blog for all news on promotional codes.

6. Checking Out - Paying For Your Item

Once you have selected your items, you will be ready to checkout.

Select your delivery method by clicking the desired option - (Standard or Special for UK and INTL for International Orders).

If you have a promotional discount code or eVoucher code, you are given the option to enter it in the promo box provided. Your new total will be calculated once the 'update' button is clicked.

Double check that your delivery address is correct and then click 'place order' to proceed to PayPal checkout.

7. Tracking Your Item(s)

Once you have purchased an item from our store, we will endeavour to ship it out to you within 48hrs (or sooner if required). We will update your order status once the item(s) has been posted, providing a tracking number for you to check on the Royal Mail website. You can access these details from within your account, by clicking on your order number under the 'order history' section.
