Returns Policy

Order Cancellations

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel any order made from BESPOKECLOTHING and we will then issue you with a full refund. Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing within an hour of the order being placed. You must email your name, address and order number to sales@bespokeclothing.biz within the hour of placing the order. Upon receipt of your email we will cancel the order and reply to you confirming that your order has been cancelled. If your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us.

Returning or Exchanging an Item

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, you have the right to return the item within 7 days of receiving it. The item must be in its original condition for us to issue you with a full refund (minus the delivery charges).

When returning the item we will take no responsibility for any losses or damage so we recommend you pay for a recorded delivery with insurance for the total cost of the item.

We also recommend that you sent item back via special delivery as we will need the item back within 7 days. Please send back the original invoice with your return. Don’t worry if you have lost this as all purchases are logged in the my account section.

Sale Items

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please email us at sales@bespokeclothing.biz quoting your order number, your name and address, details of what is wrong with the product and if you would like to exchange it or be issued with a refund. We will then contact you within 24 hours of receipt of email. Please note you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.

I Received The Wrong Item

If the item you received is faulty, please email us at sales@bespokeclothing.biz quoting your order number, your name and address and whether you want to be refunded or exchange the item. We will then contact you and deal with your request.

Discount Codes & Vouchers

If a discount was applied to your original order, you will be refunded the same amount as you paid with the discount, we will not refund the full cost of the product.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
